About Girl Scouts of West Central Florida
Building girls of courage, confidence, and character is at the heart of everything Girl Scout of West Central Florida (GSWCF) does. No matter her interests, GSWCF offers hundreds of annual programs and opportunities where girls develop unmatched leadership skills.
The Project
Every year, GSWCF publishes a catalog to showcase its programs and excite and prepare Girl Scout families for their adventure ahead. The catalog is distributed to 20,000+ diverse members consisting of girls, their families, and adult volunteers throughout eight counties in west central Florida. It’s an invaluable resource for current members, and serves as a recruitment tool for those who have yet to join.
My Role
I designed the program catalog from concept through execution for four consecutive years while focusing on keeping it fresh, fun, accessible, and inviting. I organized and edited content for maximum impact and visual appeal and worked within Girl Scouts’ budget to oversee proofing, printing and mailing with a trusted print vendor.
